“The staff was great! Very accommodating. We requested a room with firm beds, she told us that the room she was assigning us had new beds in them so they should be firm. They were. Breakfast was available every morning. All our previous requests were congenially fulfilled. We had a problem with the microwave and the safe. Both times, the staff immediately sent up someone to fix or replace and take care of everything.”
