“Very nice hotel with lovely staff. We came a bit earlier but there wasn't any problem with check-in. Our room was on 4th floor, very spacious and clean. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. The towels in bathroom soft and pure white. We forgot a toothpaste, so we got 2 dental kits from reception. There was no problem with finding a parking space. In the morning -really good breakfast: the selection of cereals, also different types of bread. Full English breakfast,also fruits and yogurts to choose from. Very pleasant time for us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Staff were amazing and lovely. We got in quote late after a gig and were cold and wet. The heater didn't work in our room then we tried to make a brew and the kettle also kept cutting out. There was nothing they could do at 1am but they made up a big brew each and brought as a temp heater. What happened couldn't be helped but what they did to resolve was great.”
“Excellent location/easy to find. Free parking on site. Near tram and other public transport to city centre/MEN Arena for concert. Heating in room could be adjusted very easily, a nice change as like most folks I hate feeling too hot or too cold.”
