“We checked in at 2 am almost from evacuating Orlando, FL due to the hurricane Matthew and it was the ONLY hotel we could find with one room left so at that point I wasn't expecting anything really nice or comfortable. BUT... I was truly amazed!!! The woman that checked us in was so nice and had a smile on her face even tho it was 2 am!!! Not to mention the cleanliness of the room!! The beds were very soft and comfortable as well!! The next morning we did do the late check out and even then the 2 woman that were cleaning rooms on our end of the hotel, 4th floor room was all the way down on the left last one on the floor, were even very nice and helpful!! I was completely blown away from the whole experience! GREAT price for an amazing hotel!!”
