“The hotel is well situated for the centre of Newcastle, for Jesmond and for the Metro with free parking on site in a multi storey.. It does get full so don't leave it too late to arrive. The check in was easy and the room was OK. There is decent free WiFi and a nice touch are the free items in the fridge. There is a choice of bars and restaurants depending on how formal you want to eat - and the breakfasts is great.”

“The hotel ticked all the boxes for a one night stay. Check in/out was efficient with friendly staff. Breakfast was very good but timing is essential to avoid the queue! The hotel was warm and cosy. Bathroom appeared to be newly refurbished - was modern and clean and whilst not big, served it's purpose well. Overall a good hotel and in a good location: easy to access the city centre and the airport, yet far enough away to be peaceful. We would visit again.”
