“The staff was superb. While eating dinner alone one evening, the waitress, Roxanne, stopped and spoke with me for a couple off minutes. Nice. After dinner, I went outside to smoke a cigar and found that I didn't have my key. The AGM, Andrew Schmidt, was in the back, and he quickly came to the front and provided me with a key with no hassles, no problems. This was about midnight. As I was checking out the next morning, he promptly asked me about my key situation and was everything ok. The hotel was great, the staff, exceptional. Breakfast buffet was $5.47! Eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, etc. You can't go to McDonald's for that.”
