“The room was pretty big. Very comfortable for my family of 4. I liked the convenience of the shops, restaurants and the ski slopes to the property which was literally right next to our hotel. A bonus is the other amenities and attractions at this property. After we were tired and cold from skiing we went to the indoor water park located in the same area. If you forgot to bring bathing suits don't worry they have those for sale here. Just need to look around because it can be pricey. There is a theater here, Duty-Free, an arcade with older games, etc.”

“Excellent location - at the foot of the slopes, 2 min walk to rent equipment and get a lift ticket - hotel offers a 30% discount for both. Nice bright room with a beautiful view of mountain, comfortable bed and pillows, quiet and modern hotel. Free internet if you sign up for membership. Cant praise the staff enough - always eager to assist. We enjoyed our stay despite the few drawbacks.”

“It is very near to the ski house , can ski in and ski out. Staff there can speak English , we don't have communication problem, also staff at concierge is very helpful to all your questions. Room is very clean, big with balcony, There are good enough restaurants in Alpensia for 3 to 4 days of holiday. It is suggested that if hotel can arrange free shuttle to small towns nearly for meals and simple shopping.”
