“This is the 5th time I have stayed here. The bathroom in the room had been revamped which was a big improvement in my view. The room looked liked it had been revamped as well however it was showing signs of distress”
“Disappointed. No heating on in room cold. There was a private function on. No access to bar or restaurant. We were not told about this in advance and had to go out of hotel to eat and drink which meant getting a cab into town. Breakfast was very unorganised. Due to being in a different room than usual due to function. Had to keep asking for more bread butter . No chef to cook eggs had to ask to find someone as egg station empty . So left with a cold breakfast while waiting. On the whole not happy .”
