“Decent for the price I paid; great shower; I was given a top floor room as I had requested a room on a high floor in a quiet location; parking cost £3.70 for the whole weekend (council run car park on the other side of the road, accessible by a subway - pay for parking at reception on departure.) If you want a big breakfast in the area try The Tea Cosy Cafe on Market Place which is opposite the hotel.”

“Clean and friendly staff. Was told the bar was open 24 hours but closed promptly at 12. The bathroom door was frosted glass so you can be seen sitting on the toilet!!The bed was too hard so ok foe a night but couldn't have spent another (personal choice others may like a hard bed)The food was lovely and the staff very friendly. Beware there is only parking for those staying in an executive room which could be a problem.Breakfast was very nice overall a nice clean hotel ”
