Same applies to the head of maintenance, helped me with my truck & uhaul trailer, even offered to put out cones for my parking! Give that man a raise! You are luckiy to have them both. Young lady at front desk was a bit "brittle & condescending", I was still in my dirty working/moving clothes, so may be she was just having a bad day.”
