Important Notice
- The same person who made the booking must be the one to check in and make payment for the stay. Third party payments are not accepted. The guest must be on site with their credit card.<br><br>Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance for alternate arrangements. Please notify the hotel if you plan to arrive after 20:00. There is no additional charge provided you check in before midnight, but there is a late arrival fee of $26.18 on all arrivals after midnight.<br><br>All guests will receive a pre-registration packet by email. Please return the pre-registration packet within 3 days of booking date to receive arrival instructions.<br><br>The daily service fee is prepaid, subject to tax and includes the following:<br>- WiFi<br>- In-room USB charging stations<br>- Discounts on activities and shuttle services<br>- In-room coffee and tea<br>- 2-pack of laundry detergent and fabric softener<br>- Airline boarding pass printing and discounts on fax and copy services<br>- Beach towels and preferred access to beach equipment<br>- In-room white noise machine<br><br>Pet Policy:<br>- A maximum of 2 dogs, each under 50 lbs, are permitted per room.<br>- Guest must request pet-friendly room and indicated number of dogs in the reservation under "special request".<br>- An additional charge will be added to daily room rate.<br>- A USD $300.00 security deposit will be held for 4 weeks after departure.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p><p>Please inform Holiday Surf Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. “i like the staff, they are nice and helpful. the room are great, they have extra beds too. Its a bit noisy outside but we are all tired so we dont mind, we still slept well. we have aicon too.. nice view of the ala wai canal.. will recommend it to my friends. we stayed there for 6nights ;)”

“Great location. Friendly, courteous staff. Clean big room. However, traffic noise as we were on the main one-way boulevard quite loud. Had to use ear-plugs in order to sleep.”
