“The folks above us were making so much noise it sounded like a herd of elephants were above us at 11pm on Friday evening. I called and complained to the front desk. They made it right! Who does that?? The breakfast was so pre-made, the eggs, etc...packaged.. Felt so generic. It didn't have a homelike feel like I am use to at Hampton Inn.”
“We and half the hotel were there for sporting events- gymnastics- soccer - karate and in the parking lot of hotel there was an urban air and a bowling alley- our teams went to both - was great.”
“I have staying there while we handle my Sisters Funeral arrangements and this last time I was sick the Gentleman at the front desk saw that I needed help with my bags and had a very nice man take my bags to my room and the next morning someone helped me load my car. The girl at the front desk and everyone was just so helpful”
