“Angle was the kitchen manager I think, and although we have stayed at this hotel before when we went to Carowinds, her engagement and professionalism makes this our hotel of choice in Charlotte. The simple & friendly "good morning" and taking pride in keeping the place clean is above the rest. Many would say, "that's her job." Many people have a job, but only 1-2% take pride in their job.We will definitely make this our hotel of choice when traveling to Charlotte because of Angle!”
“The hotel (and two other Hilton Properties) are located in a small, walkable town. We had several meals walking distance from the hotel. The hotels also had a nice gathering spaces when we brought in a lot of family. (and its only 3 miles from Frugal McDougals - cheap SC supplies.)”
“We're not used to booking a hotel with a kitchenette in it so that was fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the shower was huge. We were on the fourth floor so there was no noise from above travelers, but there was no issue with anyone around us. So that's always a plus.”
