“Great location. Close to the subway. There is a 7 eleven in the corner. Bed is comfortable and the room is clean. Breakfast has a good variety: eggs, sausage, oatmeal, bagels, fruit, cereal, etc. Beautiful lobby with free coffee and tea all day and many TV’s and a fireplace”
“Breakfast included. When they made eggs with "stuff" in them (spinach, bacon, etc), they were willing to make plain scrambled eggs for my child. Central to everything we wanted to do from Times Square to the Macy's Parade to Broadway. Subway stations close for those few things on the agenda that were out of walking range such as 9/11 Memorial and Battery Park / Staten Island Ferry (which is free). Laundry facilities available. Staff was always helpful with info, assistance and a smile.”
“The service staff was exceptional. Our tv was not working properly and the service man came and replaced it with such kindness. He was so gracious and helpful. The gals in the breakfast area clearing tables and cleaning were very hospitable and kind as well. Well done!”

“Downtown, but in a mostly quiet streetin the garment district. Very nice and caring employees, everthing seems to be pretty new. Very good breakfast was included. Complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate are available in the lobby the whole day. We had a room with doublebed and sleeping sofa for 3. Our room was small, but for sleeping ok. It had a small and well equipped kitchen. It faced in an atrium. Good beds. No noise from other rooms or hallway. ”

“The staff were very helpful from our first step inside the hotel. The front desk team were always very friendly and attentive. I appreciated the great dinner recommendation upon our arrival. The team that takes care of the breakfast area were amazing-working quickly to clear the tables and restock the food each morning. Housekeeping also did a great job with our room each day. The room size was great for the three of us - the fold out, twin size couch was pretty comfy for our son. We had enough room to move around and store our clothes and suitcases without tripping over each other. We didn't use the kitchen really, but it was very clean and would be nice if we wanted to cook or reheat leftovers. The bathroom was clean and fairly spacious. The full length mirror was nice. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked; the coffee and tea bar was so nice at the end of the day.”
