The staff was very helpful and calming and they had an information board about the storm and also they had prepared and were going to stay at the hotel with the visitors. They also didn't charge for the extra days we had booked just in case even though we checked out before the storm arrived. Rooms were clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location near the airport is perfect for people travelling. For breakfast they had: omelette, bagels, toast, yoghurt, fruit and more, breakfast was included to the price. They offered a free shuttle ride to the airport.”
