“The air conditioning worked wonderfully! 80 degrees in November.... but this is Louisiana so anything would happen! The best part was that I left a piece of luggage in my room, I had already checked out and driven almost 500 miles before I was aware. The hotel staff called me and made a special trip to the UPS store to ship my luggage back to me. That was pretty awesome to me that she would take the time and drive there and do that.”
