“The hotel is quite old in need of a complete overhaul and refurbishment. While Air Conditiooing inside guest room is okay, air quality was not. In fact, it was very poor with a lot dust and odour (of something in mould). Worse still, the window have permanently locked down so thee was no way you could get some fresh air except went outside the guess room and out into the garden. Overall, food quality in restaurants is acceptable but the prices had been more than 20% higher than they should be. Consequently, there was no value for money. Service provided by staff had. Even good, even though the management could have been more generous with staff to guess manning scale to alleviate the staff workload and hence improved their service quality. Finall, at a rate of over HK$1,400 per night without breakfast, the room had been over priced.”
