“This is an old Andalusian noble house with lot of charm. It has been converted into a hotel with style and sophistication, respecting the old architecture and history. Our room (junior suite) was spacious and decorated with elegance, it had three wooden-framed windows that can be fully opened and give a view on courtyards. There are three lovely patios with flowers, fountains and orange trees. Roman baths in the basement is a refreshing way to pass siesta. Staff is fantastic. We were vacationing in the late autumn but I can imagine this hotel would be a wonderful spot for a leisurely pause any time of the year.”
“Allmost Everything: location, staff, room, breakfast, lounge/ pool area in the garden”
“Extremely comfortable bed, great breakfast, and staff were helpful and charming. We were slightly out of season, so didn't have much chance to enjoy the beautiful terraces. We also very much enjoyed the bar and restaurant - the gluten-free bread was exceptional!”
“A lovely oasis in Córdoba complete with Roman ruins underneath, visible from the dining room floor. Beautiful grounds and accommodating staff enhanced our stay.”
“A good location and comfortable All except one staff member were really lovely”
“for sure this house is one of the most beautiful and atmospheric hotels we ever stayed (and we stayed in many 5* around the world). an wonderful unprententious old palace renovated in a very stylish way. the combination of old architecture and modern design is perfect. the lush patio with orangetrees and a pool with brown (sic) flaggings (and therefore perfect to the surrounding) is perfect for a siesta in always hot cordoba”
“Beautyful atrium with pool - peaceful and cosy atmosphere, organised concerts, kind service personal, athmosphere during dinner.”
“We loved our stay in this beautiful, modern, luxurious building with the beautiful garden and nice swimming pool. Our room was spacious enough, and so was the bathroom(with a white marble floor). The toiletries used were of high quality, so was the bed linen. We loved the complimentary bottle of cava on ice in our room when we arrived!! Staff was very friendly. Breakfasts were good. There are many small restaurants and bars not far from the hotel. The monuments and Mezquita only about a 15 minutes walk away. The spa in the hotel is very convenient; I enjoyed my treatment. I definitely recommend this hotel!”
“The staff were particularly helpful, courteous and pleasant. Suzanne, Laura and Jessica especially. The extra facilities such as library garden courtyards pool spa and couches in the hallways have extra places to beside the room. The hotel restaurant is built over roman ruins which is interesting and we did a tour of them. Wonderful hotel”
“The hotel was beautifully laid out and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a memorable anniversary dinner in the courtyard restaurant, with good food and wine, we were entertained by a Spanish choir”
