- All guests must present photographic ID such as a passport or driving licence on arrival. If no ID is shown then the hotel will charge GBP 50 deposit per person. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.<br><br>Public parking is available at the Q PARK in Liverpool One shopping centre for GBP 16 for 24 hours. There is NCP parking outside the hotel entrance at GBP 2 per hour. Free after 18:00 until 08:00 Monday to Sunday.<br><br>The reception check in desk closes at 20:00 each night. Any arrivals after 22:00 need to be arranged with property directly via email and may incur additional charges. Failure to do this may result in denied entrance to the property.<br><br>Check-out time is 10:00. The property does not offer a late checkout, but will happily hold your luggage at reception up to 20:00 on the day of checkout.<br><br>Please note this property does not have a lift and is accessible through stairs.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p>

“Fantastic hotel in central Liverpool. Room felt like it was recently refurbished, no noise from other guests or area, visited at weekend and had no problems with noise. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Hotel walking distance of Liverpool one, Albert Dock. Hotel was safe and secure.”

There's no lounge/bar/ restaurant,but we knew that before we went. Coffee/tea making facilities in the room and two large breakfasts for £10 at the bar across the road meant it didn't matter.”
