“We had a one night stay on our way to meet family and it was perfect for this.”
“A very nice family run small hotel. Decor etc was very good and we were really pleasantly surprised by the high standard of this hotel. An excellent breakfast. Thankyou.”
“The word 'Cegonha' is stork in Portuguese. We have seen a pair of storks at the roof of the church near the hotel. Local cuisine 'arroz de lingueirão' is also good. Alcácer do Sal is not easy to access from Lisbon or Evora by public transportation but worth to visit for historic places and pastoral landscapes.”
“clean and comfortable no views from hotel but easy to walk to pretty sites. good budget hotel”
“Just perfect. The city is nice and quiet. The hotel deserves a much better rate than it has.”
“Good position in an interesting town. Family run hotel where everyone was friendly & helpful.”
“Nice clean airy reception. First lady did not speak much English, but then I speak no Portuguese. Second lady I met (the owner) had good English and recommended restaurant. Room clean and good bathroom. View out the side of the hotel to small roadway. Maybe pay extra for a sea view. Breakfast continental style was adequate. Cold meat, cheese cereal, juice etc. The town of Alcacer was surprisingly lovely. Beautiful promenade along river. Plenty of small restaurants if you look for them were busy with locals. In all we enjoyed our stay there.”
“The room was large. The bathroom was also large. Beds were comfortable”
“The staff is super friendly and the location is just at the very centre of Alcácer do Sal. Great value for money. ”
“We were on a bicycle roundtrip and stayed only one night. The people were very friendly and helpful.”
