“Great location and very easy to find if arriving or departing by train (Santa Lucia) or bus from Marco Polo airport. Very nice hotel which is a restored monastery, with a lovely common area where tea, coffee and pastries are available daily for guests. The staff were exceptional and very helpful. There was a problem with the bathroom in the first room we were assigned and we were changed to another room, which was a larger room and appeared to be recently renovated - very nice!”
