The location is ideal - walking to most places, and next to the Vaporetto stop to get further up the Grand Canal. Breakfast was good for Italy - as much coffee (real) as you like, and a range of bread and cakes, yoghurt etc. - and included in the room price.”
“Excellent hotel, with plenty of Venetian charm but clean, comfortable rooms and brand new, immaculate bathrooms. And the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The location is great, in a quiet area away from all the cruise ship crowds but still one that offers plenty of bars and restaurants. There are plenty of travel options close by, but it's also only 10 minutes walk from San Marco. My bed was really comfortable, and the included breakfast was great, with particularly lovely croissants. I'd stay again. Highly recommended.”
“The staff were so very friendly and helpful, they couldn't help us enough. They helped us to organise posting a large parcel and also organised for us a public porter to carry our suitcases to our next location. The breakfast was a little disappointing, not a lot of choice, but what they did have was good quality. The pillows are very thin and hard. Your first mini bar is free which is an excellent service, first time we have ever experienced that in any hotel world wide. Would definitely stay here again.”
