“Il cuoco del ristorante ha saputo preparare con cura tutti i piatti proposti per la cena che coniugavano qualità, fantasia con un pizzico di estro artistico, ma la colazione invece prevedeva marmellatine confezionate anzichè fatte in casa come in quasi tutti gli hotel dell'Alto Adige ed anche il buffet di verdure per i pasti principali era molto ridotto ma va considerato anche sia il periodo di soggiorno che il numero degli ospiti in hotel . La stanza non è male ma il bagno è davvero piuttosto triste.”
