“Some employees such as Gabriel and his female manager had really tried their best to cope with our immediate issue in the room: consistent unknown noise. during night time, that turned out to be from the kitchen electric fans. He was very sincere to everyone in spite of the hotel atmosphere was sort of almost hostile towards foreign visitors. Might be caused by too many visitors to Cortina? Or, some previous tourists really had no manner...who knows. Sad situation, but there is always good people.”
