“A small family run hotel and the owners could not do enough to keep there guests happy. The location was 10 minutes walk from the bus station and lakeside but our group enjoyed the walk”

“The hotel was well located and had a bar, swimming pool and parking onsite. The nearby town of garda was small and quaint and had lots of bar and restaurant options. The hosts were very welcoming from the minute we stepped through the door. It had a very relaxed vibe and there was lots of tour information on display. Breakfast was good. We checked out early on our last morning and the host prepared a very generous breakfast to take with us on our drive without requesting it.”

“The welcome and helpfulness of staff was exceptional. To have a garden and a pool at a 2 star hotel was amazing. Although up a hill the location was great because it was quiet and the views form our balcony brilliant-only took 10 mins brisk walk to main town/harbour. Lots of choice at breakfast. When we had to leave early on our last day packed up some food for us for our breakfast and lunch (free)”

“Host was excellent, really welcoming as we arrived and generally helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was varied and pretty much typical of what we expected. The parking was good and rooms nice and clean.”

“Small family hotel with a great gaden and good size pool. Lots of deckchairs with shade or no shade as you please, and drinks from bar available. Very friendly owner! Walking distance to center of Garda but very quiet. Quiet rooms. Breakfast plentiful with a variety of meats and cheeses and constantly restocked but we missed croissants. Good beds. Hotel attracts the more quiet, older couples or young couples so (although most of them are German) there are no rowdy crowds”

“Wow, Wow,Wow. This is one of our favourite hotels! Great hotels are not about flakey croissants or comfy beds they are about everything, and that is waht is great about Alessandra: everything. Right from when we arrived having been stuck on the autostrada for 3 hours. Alessandra came out to greet us by name before we were even in the building. How does she do that? She is a perfect host, a mine of local knowledge and nothing is too much trouble. She also speaks perfect English, German, Italian and probably a few more languages too. Staff are very keen to recommend and book restaurants, but without being pushy. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessley clean. Breakfast is lovely. The pool and garden are perfect. Location is great, an easy 5 minute walk to Garda. Thank you so much for a wonderful break! I have never given a 10 rating on booking.com before!!”

“This hotel was the perfect answer to our requirements - quiet, good location, pool and sufficient lounger beds with shading by the trees or full sunlight if required. Alessandra the owner was charming and made us and everyone else welcome. She always had a smile on her face and is ready to help with information etc. The gentleman who was on reception was very helpful, and assisted us with our cases. The room maids were extremely efficient and carried out their duties properly and quickly. The breakfasts, taken outside or inside were magnificent and provided a really good selection of food and drink. To us this was a paradise holiday when all we wanted was peace and quiet, plus facilities only 15 minutes away if and when required - well done to you all”
