“Thought the staff were excellent, obliging , courteous and very informative about where and what was available within Giardini Naxos . Unfortunately we had arrived into Naxos during the G7 meeting in Taormina and therefor an abundance of police and Security where everywhere not allowing us to enter .. After calling the hotel they sent a staff colleague on his Vespa to find us and escorted us back to Hotel .. Who else does this ? We were forever grateful .. Thank you Hotel Alexander ... Also not to happy with what was on offer for dinner one night ... The chef was more than happy to cook us a meal of our choice .. Breakfast was plentiful, a excellent variety of fresh produce .”

“The staff were charming and very helpful. On our arrival somebody immediately came out and found us a parking space. Although we had only booked a budget room on the ground floor, we greatly appreciated being allocated a more expensive family room on the third floor. This was also to ensure that we were not disturbed by the party of about 60 Italian schoolchildren who, whilst accommodated for bed and breakfast in a smaller sister hotel, came to the Alexander hotel for their evening meal. This hotel seems to largely depend on tour groups.”
