“Could not imagine it to be that good for the price they ask and due to the fact that it's in overly expensive Switzerland. I think the owners really care and do what they can to make it comfortable. Small things, like clothes hangers that are "real" and not permanently attached to the rails like in most of the hotels, or a really nice and comfortable table they managed to fit into a very small room.”
“Quiet location off the main street with pleasant gardens, staff could not have been more helpful, and breakfast was great. Sunny balcony gave views direct to Matterhorn. Didn't have the chance to sample pool and spa on this visit, but would happily return to this hotel when next in Zermatt”
