“The staff went out of their way. The free passes for the cable car and thermal baths were a great bonus. They gave me the passes and hotel bathrobe to use when I arrived, even though it was way to early to check in, and let me use them all day after I checked out. The room view was spectacular, and it was convenient to walk to the city thermal spa next door in my bathing suit and hotel bathrobe. The breakfast was a banquet.”
“Nice location very close to the thermal bath...and wonderful offer/rate since included in the room price were free access to Burgerbad (thermal path) which cost already CHF 25 per person, per entry, when you have to pay separate. And also free access (1x day) to Gemmi cable car, another CHF 34 per person, extra cost if you would go by yourself. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.”
“Very good location. Just two blocks next to the Leukerbad Therme. 5min from bus station. In between can find supermarket. Very convenient. Lovely balcony so u can dry your swimming costumes/towels. LBC+ provided free of charge so u can take the gemmibahn up the mountain and enjoy Leukerbad Therme free of charge. The staff are very nice and friendly! They are happy to give u hot water, extra towel, extra duvet, anything u need.”
