“This hotel was in a busy part of zermatt, close to train station and surrounded by restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Not great, not bad.”
“Great location in centre of Zermatt and very reasonable price for this expensive location. Good view up the valley towards the Matterhorn.”
“This hotel is very near to the train station that is the big bonus and I am glad choosing this hotel and price is good as well compare to the other near by. The balcony was huge although not much view to enjoy there but very quiet.”
“Location Cleanliness Breakfast Size room, it was bigger than i expect”
“The location is great. It is close to both train station and coop. As we left the hotel early in the morning for the hike, the staff prepared breakfast pack the day before and left some bread on ground floor, which is soooo nice”
“Perfect location and an incredible balcony to relax.”
“Great location of the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful.”
“Excellent location, 5 min from train station. Very good breakfast. Room had a balcony with a nice view.”
“Location - less than half a kilometre from the train station. Quite near the main street, yet secluded enough not to be disturbed by the noise. Staff - very friendly. The gentleman at the front desk went to great details in identifying the different mountain stations that I should visit, how to reach there, how much time to spend.”
“Great location, close to the train, about a 5 min walk. Hosts were helpful when we learned our international plugs would not work there and let us borrow an extra plug to add to ours. Food was great and the atmosphere was nice. The mini fridge was a great addition, allowed us to keep snacks and have a light evening meal. The hotel has an elevator once you are inside and my family got a kick out of the automatic door opening upon going up the front steps. They have a night key system so you can get in once the front door is locked for the evening. My husband enjoyed the quiet garden courtyard behind the hotel. The location allowed our kids to have more independence exploring the area and hiking on the mountain while their parents had some quality time in town.”
