“this was our second visit to the hotel, we arrived soaking wet and the staff took our wet gear as we came in, dried everything and returned it to our room in the morning, superb service! We were upgraded to a huge suite, very plush, included a fridge and coffee maker. Wonderful! Food in the restaurant was wonderful and the staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Highly recommended.”

“A friendly hotel with plenty of good parking. Did not find much to walk to nearby in the evening but a short drive to the spa town of Baden-Baden in the car was well worthwhile. However, only used for an overnight stay on our way to Italy. We had a good breakfast on the terrace with a large choice, including hot food.”

Wifi connection was very good. We had our dinner there and it was awesome and very tasty. Somehow, the mattress was very soft and bouncy which I didn't like (others may like it).”
