Attention to small details like bathroom cosmetics, a hairdryer, bottled water etc. The bathroom was amazing - I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere with such a nice bathroom - everything working perfectly and spotlessly clean. The staff are super polite and nice. We went with bikes and they let us keep them in their bike shed. The room was attractive, extremely clean and very comfortable.”
