Important Notice
- Please note that there is no lift in the building. The stairs to the hotel entrance and in the building are steep and are not suitable for guests with limited mobility.<br><br>All rooms are non-smoking<br><br>If you arrive before 08:00 or after 22:00, please inform the hotel of your arrival time and flight number. This way the reception staff can be there to welcome you.<br><br>Please note that the hotel will pre-authorise your credit card 7 days prior to arrival.<br><br>Please note that guests are required to show the credit card that was used to make the booking, upon arrival. If guests can't bring the card, they should provide the accommodation with a copy of the credit card and an authorization from the credit card holder.<br><br>Please note that an extra bed/children's bed is (see Policies) is only available on request and after confirmation from the property.<br><br>On the day of arrival a 100 EUR security deposit will be pre-authorised on the card ( for phone calls, mini bar, etc). On the day of check-out, the security deposit will be released if there are no expenses to be covered.<br><br>Please note that when making a reservation for 4 rooms or more, different cancellation policies apply. The hotel will inform you about this policy via e-mail.

“We had a family room at the basement. We love the room. It's specious with a kitchen and 2 big beds. The reception staffs were very friendly and kind. All staffs were helpful. The hotel is considered very close to Waterlooplain train station. Just less than 10 mins walk. Behind the hotel there are a lot of shops and restaurants (10 mins walk).”
