“A great deal of thought and design care has gone into creating this sophisticated modern hotel in a historic old building. The room was large and offered total comfort and convenience. The bathroom was beautiful. We had a view over the street and the river. The former meant a bit of noise late evening but the outlook over the river made it worthwhile. The choice of three "levels" - and prices - of breakfast was an excellent idea. Service was good, staff kind and helpful.”
