“The staff were amazing. We were there on a 3 day trip to see family and were treated fairly. Right from the start to the end all of our needs were met, yes it’s dated and yes it’s a bit noisy because of works being carried out but as we were only sleeping there for the evening it didn’t make much difference. The staff were very helpful and attentive especially the staff keeper Mr Puran. All the staff were great at helping out and the following deserve special mention for great service: Arjun the head waiter at breakfast, the 2 lovely ladies in reception and Ramesh. “Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. AC and fan worked well. Quiet room #39, above reception area. They provided free airport pickup and also drove me to the bus stand when I left town. Location is good on a busy strip. In-house restaurant had excellent lunch thali. Included breakfast was good. (Did not have dinner there.)”
