“I waited for around 45 min in the lobby and the staff was keep on saying to wait. I was in hotel exactly at 12.00 noon but the room made available to me at 12.55pm. Also I booked for a suite of bigger area with 3 bed, but they are given a small room with 3 bed. The room given to me was 214, which is a normal less area one. Also the receptionist was very lazy person with not bothered the customer at all. All the support staff and housekeeping staffs was arguing together all the area and the rubbish was even piled up in front of room door”
