“The beds were so very comfy and the rooms are a very generous size so even though there was 5 of us we were not cramped at all. However, there was no bedside light at one side of the double bed which was not very comfortable for reading. But the staff are extremely nice and friendly. The decoration is very cosy and quirky. This was our second time staying there we liked it so much the first time however, I think that they could drop the price of their rooms a little as it could do with a little bit or a refreshing. But overall a very pleasant stay.”

“I liked the hotel, very cosy and spacious room. The staff is very nice and helpful, madame provided me with the towels and bathrobe, so I could easily use them when visiting thermal pools. Really easy to get to all the thermal pools. Both local thermal pools were in short walking distance. The hotel offers a discount coupon for the pools.”

“The hostess opened the cozy traditional Swiss dining room and set up the large breakfast for us one hour early as we had to catch an early bus. Then when my son lost his iPhone, she went out of her way to go to the bus station and ask about it. They actually did find it and it is now on its way home! Lovely people in Leukerbad!”
