“接客態度（ホスピタリティ精神）が抜群に良く、食事（朝と夜）と施設などもレベル以上であります。夕食は、前菜などはセルフサービスですが、その後は毎晩メニュー（４種類）が変わります。日本人にも適した量と質のメニューが多かったと思います。 個室は適度な広さと設備が用意され、明るく清潔感があります。中・長期滞在には適したホテルの1つでると思います。芝生と花のある庭は広く、パラソルの下で1日中読書や日光浴が楽しめます。 何といっても女主人とご子息の温かな人柄と接客態度、泊り客との交流が楽しめるホテルでありると言えます。 なお、ホテル専属のガイドが山登りやハイキングを案内してくれます。私は毎日のように一緒に登りました。”

“Le personnel est aux petits soins tout en restant tout à fait discret. On se sent vraiment bien dans l'hôtel, et le "grand salon" où l'on peut prendre le thé, lire, etc. l'après-midi et en soirée est vraiment agréable. Les chambres sont confortables et très bien aménagées avec suffisamment de rangements pour les affaires de ski. L'emplacement, bien que n'étant pas "en plein centre" ou "au pied des pistes" se trouve à peine à 3-4min à pied et le chemin se fait aisément... cette petite distance permet également d'être bien plus au calme que sur la rue principale. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et le recommandons sans réserve cet hôtel, au rapport qualité/prix tout à fait correct pour sa situation.”

Dennoch fühlt es sich nicht verkrampft, sonder fast familiär an. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels dieser Katgorie besticht das Aurora mit seinem familiären und heimeligen Flair.”
