Important Notice
- Please note that you cannot park your car in front of the hotel for check-in (Annenstraße 60). Instead, use the address Metahofgasse 21, 8020 Graz for check-in when arriving by car.<br><br>The reception is open daily from 07:00 to 20:00. On the phone number stated on your booking confirmation, reception staff is available around the clock.<br><br>Guests are required to show a photo identification and debit card/credit card of the person stated on the booking confirmation upon check-in. Otherwise check-in is not possible.<br><br>If you arrive outside reception opening hours, you can check in at the modern self-check-in terminal. This requires a credit or debit card and the last name of the booker.<br><br>Please note that the amount of your reservation will be charged from your credit card on the day of arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable rates or if you choose your preferred alternative payment method during booking.<br><br>When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

“The check-in went smooth and even though the reception is only said to be open until 6 PM (after which the self-checkin machines can be used), there was still staff at 9 PM. The room is comfortable, with plain white walls and is overall a fair view for the money. Public transport is a 2 minute walk from the entrance.”

“Nice and modern hotel. Just 10-15 minutes walking to the center, you can also take the tram that stops directly in front of the hotel. The room was clean and the personnel really friendly. Breakfast was also great. Parking is just across the hotel, detailed infos were provided on how to enter the garage.”
