“The hostess Andrea is amazing. She is SO dedicated to her hotel and takes such pride in making it the warmest, most hospitable venue possible (and she does everything from answering phones, to running reception, to helping at the restaurant). She was so helpful in recommending hiking. The property is very unique and certain touches remind me of the PA Dutch culture of my hometown.The sauna was stellar. The restaurant was great. Note: Zernez is not a place that draws many Americans. Few people speak English. We went hiking and had the whole mountain to ourselves.”
