“Location is excellent with a tram stop within 20 meters of the hotel. The free transportation pass is a bonus which means money saved from travel. The staff are friendly and helpful and go out of there way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Also the free safety deposit box in the room was invaluable ensuring a stress free stay as your valuables can be locked away, it is big enough for a laptop. One to be aware of is that the normal European travel plug does not work as it is too big, Swiss electrical sockets are really small, the hotel did lend me an adapter though ensuring my phone always remained charged.”
