“The hotel is located not far from the Main Train Station, about 10 minutes walk. The rooms were located on the second floor, where the first floor is the hotel restaurant. The room was nicer than the photos, very comfortable and clean, and very spacious. The breakfast is simple and nice as well. We had a little problem with the heater in the room not turning on, and the friendly staff resolved it promptly.”

“Hotel has very good position in the centre of Zermatt not far from the both railway stations. The prize per night was reasonable in comparison with other hotels of similar qualities in Zermatt. We had very nice wiew on Matterhorn from balcony although it was not declared. The staff was very friendly. There was nothing to complain with. We can highly recommend.”
“Its a very short walk from the train station or the gondola station, so great access. We had a car and the parking was right next to hotel. Our room was very comfortable and the facility looked to be recently upgraded. The shower was so good that we felt rejuvenated after coming back from long hikes. In short - friendly staff, great location, beautiful views from the room - what more can one want?”
