“Accommodations were perfect, we had a 2nd floor room with a view of the valley, and the square below, which was outstanding! We chose Hotel Berti to be closest to the St Francis complex. The church bells rang to our delight, and breakfast was great! Views of the area are spectacular, and dinner just across the narrow street from the hotel was wonderful. We took a taxi to catch a train, and paid a few dollars extra to see the town of Assisi, don't miss it! We were sad to leave this peaceful, beautiful, inspiring place, and hope to return someday.”

“Everything, location inside the old gate, just across from buses. Excellent for the money. Near the basilica, had a walk up there early one day. Great walking around the pretty streets away from the centre and up to the Rocca. Wonderful views all around. Regular buses to station for other towns, and we took bus to the airport at the end of our trip. Tickets very cheap in the shop next door.”

“I WAS BOOKED IN FOR B&B room en suite with air con all requirements met with ease! I asked about train times to Bologna and Franco very kindly printed out the train time table for !! Breakfast was good coffee was very good !! I would return if tge oppotunity arises !!”
“Location of hotel for getting off bus from train station and exploring Assisi was excellent. You just cross the road and through the old wall gate. Its immediately on your left. Outside area was delightful for coffee or a beer! Manager/owner was ok but purely perfunctory & no craic at all. Bit of a dry Italian stick!!!”
“Lanfranco has good communication . And tell me all details . Location of hotel is good , not far from church and downtown . Assisi is small town , normally u can walk around easier . Breakfast is also nice :)”
