“The location is perfect, close the lake and all the restaurants and shops. The staffs are friendly and very helpful with the tour, bus and flight booking. Can see the Annapurnas and Fishtail from its rooftop on a clear sunny day.”
“- Hotel personal helped us with taxi, bus to besishahar, bus to pokhara etc. We did annapurna trek with my friend, so we stayed twice here - before and after trek. - All Hotel personal was very very kind to us and I had the real pleasure to contact with them. The family members whom the hotel belongs to were also very kind to me and were very interesting to chat with. - The hotel garden is amazing and huge. There is also jinky board in it :) After trek it was very realxing to be in this garden”
“The hotel is situated very close to the lake, and not being on the main street makes it a very quiet place. The staff was very helpful all the time. The room was big and the beds comfortable. The little garden in the property is very pleasant. There are several local restaurants on the same street.”
“Very efficient manager. Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great facilities. A lot of good restaurants nearby.When we arrived we were given a twin room. We asked if they had a double and were immediately taken to another room without any issues. Once we left, a charge on the credit card appeared for the stay even though we paid in cash on the morning of our departure. The manager rectified the issue and we were given a refund immediately, even though we no longer had the receipt for cash payment. ”
