“The room is very clean and spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. It did feel a little cold at first in the bedroom as the main radiator is in the bathroom. When we checked in at around 5 30 pm there was no one at reception. Our bedroom key was left on the counter amongst 2 other keys. It would have been nice to be greated at check in. I also booked a table for 2 at the hotel and when we got there, we waited until 7pm and realised the restaurant was closed. We were very disappointed and had to order pizzas in. I booked through booking.com and emailed the hotel directly to book the restaurant. We never got a reply.”
