“The staff is extra courteous. Location of the hotel is right amidst all the restaurants and amenities of Connaught Place. Being located on the outer circle makes it more accessible to cabs and taxi services. The complimentary breakfast is too good , specially the fact that you do not have to go to any restaurant and it is actually served in your room. (Note : be sure to fill in the breakfast preference card a night before) . Standard of rooms are clean and well maintained.”

“They originally gave us a room with 1 king bed but because I was travelling with my brother and because there was some mix up with the booking, they switched us the 2nd night and gave us a room with 2 beds for the rest of our stay. That first night, they brought my brother a mattress and bedding, free of charge. There is security out front at all times, although the area does feel very safe. The beds were very comfortable and there was never a shortage of hot water for the shower. I like that they brought you breakfast every morning (because they do not have a dining room) but the sausage is a hot dog and the ham is a slice of bologna. The best part is the staff though. They wait on you hand and foot and always have a smile on their faces.”
