“This is one of the few hotels we have come across that will do a load of washing (just washing no ironing) in house for a set charge (15E) for 5kg. This is so helpful. No need to spend hours finding a laundromat getting there and waiting.) Very reasonable. No exorbitant charge per item. And delivered to your room. If only more hotels would do this it would make travelling so much easier. The lift that has doors open at 90 degrees! One of best value we found in Zurich.”
