“The hotel is very close to the center and to the thermal park. The staff is very polite and kind. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was ok.”

“An old style hotel in an old style location. Got the feeling that nothing had changed (Including the breakfast menu) in hotel since it was set up 20 or 30 years ago. That goes for the surrounding shops and hotels (Some closed some derelict.) However ,saying that, the hotel was spotless, clean and friendly. No Bar in hotel :( (but local ones just out side) Clean towels every day and beds . Parking was free in a city carpark about 1/4 mile away. Walking distance to train station .Overall expensive for what we got in a hotel more suited to the over 60`s . Although there is an amusement park right outside the front door there`s nothing for children to do and the pool is about 4 foot deep all over so no where for them to play. (There is a small old style jacuzz with a waterfall next to the pool ) but this is concrete with small tiles and not the safest for young ones. Overall fulfilled my requirements but would look elsewhere if coming to area again.”

“We paid for a deluxe room and were allocated room 325. It had a large entrance hall with it's own aircon unit, large double wardrobe with drawers and storage space and loads of clothes hangers. The bathroom was large with a shower over the bath and the main room was lovely and large with very high ceilings giving a sense of spaciousness and another aircon unit. We had two French doors leading to two separate small balconies overlooking the pool area so had no views of the mountains apart from a side view if we stretched. Having said all that the room was well maintained and cleaned every day and fantastic value for only about £50 per night. Breakfast was continental style which we didn't mind and I loved their croissants which were fresh, very light and crispy.”

“Value for money, a variety of buffet breakfast choices including very fresh sweet croissants and fruit bowl. Staff kindly met my request for electric jug to make cups of tea, also held my luggage, and money in their safe, for pickup late in the day I left.”
