“Room was small and basic abut adequate for a night . No view to speak of from bedroom window .Disappointing when I saw it looked more like a motel than hotel and it was pouring of rain. Didn't appear to be much about. We ate at the restaurant as when we finish a stage of 1000 mile Kilometer bike ride we tend to get changed and go out and not on the bike didn't look much about and it was raining !!!!. Secure storage for our bike”

“Room was clean and pleasantly cold, bathroom was clean, stuff was very friendly and professional, location of the hotel is a bit remote, so you will probably want to have a dinner at the hotel - do so, food is excellent and waiters very friendly - we had a nice risotto and very tasty dessert. We even got a glass of Prosecco to welcome us. All in all we very satisfied with the hotel. They even have a bicycle storage”

“Room was clean and had single serving toilettries (shampoo, toothpaste, soap, etc.). Very helpful staff, who spoke good English. The restaurant had geat dishes, best ice coffee. Our bicycles were stored in a garage for the night.”
“Carnia was an unexpected surprise on our Ciclovia Alpe Adria bike tour. Booked the hotel for my friends, the hotel has a garage, a locked and safe bikeroom, comfortable rooms and great breakfast. The surprise came at the restaurant: totally high end quality, fine dining, wonderful meals, friendly service. Little embarrassed in our biker clothes, but the staff did not even wink. Wonderful, just wonderful!”
