“1. Room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. 2. Heater technician was very helpful. When room was not warm enough, he came and explained the workings of the heater system. The room takes about an hour to warm up after it detects a person inside. He measured the room temperature and it was normal, and even supplied an extra blanket in case I needed it. 3. Broad breakfast spread was excellent. It included cooked food (scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon) and a whole range of cereals and pastries. Hot milk is provided on request. 4. Location is fairly good with 7 -10 minutes walk to Ceskomoravska metro station or Harfa Gallery Mall. 5. WiFi is good and strong.”

Reception staff were helpful when we asked questions. The swimming pool was good and the housekeeping in our room was outstanding. Sweets at reception and breakfast were an additional treat.
