“We really love the medieval style rooms at Casa Wagner, very large, the furniture and decorations are of best quality. The towels were really fluffy and nice.”

All the staff (front office reception, bar, kitchen) went way beyond their duties; to satisfy our requests. In brief, I would like to mention the following: 1. the reception has helped us tremendously by finding the best professional guide 2. the breakfasts and dinners are fantastic! try the cheese cake! 3. the furniture is antique original and gives us the impression of stepping back in time; it's almost a museum! 4. while the location is central the hotel is not noisy 5. some of the rooms have a wonderful view of the central square Again all the staff are very professional, kind and helpful! They all do a wonderful job with passion and speak very good English!”

“Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. The room was great, very clean and light. Yet, of the bed - a sofa bed actually, was in a very poor condition and makes the sleep very uncomfortable. The internet connection was poor , basically non-existent most of the time. But, the great location in the very heart of the citadel and the friendly and welcoming atmosphere shaded all the small nonconformities .”
