“Good location near the sea and our balcony looked onto sea.good paseo maritime for nice walk along playa San cristobal or to walk into town where we found good food and bars. Visited aquarium on the only wet day, very interesting and informative. visited bird park and castle, both have fantastic views. Good bus service to Malaga and Nerja.”

“The location, decoration, staff were all first class”
“Oh my! We loved this lovely little hotel just across from the beach. The fabulous Moorish/Arabic style architecture made the hotel a little more special, with lovely common areas and a very nice breakfast area with an excellent breakfast. (it was nice to see some locals came there for breakfast too). The front desk clerk spoke excellent English and was solicitous and very informative. We did not try the supper there, but would if we'd stayed longer. The view from our room was just short of stupendous, (except for an apt. building that partly blocked view). Right next to the Almunecar Lorosexi, which houses many parrots, the bird sounds (daytime only) just added to the remarkable ambiance. From Hotel Casablanca, one can easily walk to the market and to the old part of the city to shop and take in Flamenco with a fine meal or tapas.”
“Always stays here because of great location, clean and charmig rooms, friendly staff and value for money.”
“Step out the front door, turn right, cross the street, and You're on the seashore.”
“This was a great WOW! for all of us. If we ever come back to Almuñécar, this is the hotel of our choice. Friendly staff, great location close to beach and the village. And we greatly enjoyed all indoor decoration.”
“The location is excellent and the hotel itself is very cool. There is 10 minute walk to get to the main shopping area although along the way you can stop at one of the many bars or restaurants, or just take in the fantastic sea views.”
